REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards/Postcards/ Bookmarks
  • Fine Art Prints, Wall Frames, Decals
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Customized Orders

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

CONDITIONS FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RETURNS

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your return:

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.
  • Rejection: If rejected, we will inform you of the reason.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Next, contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at shaipen.art@gmail.com and send your item to:

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Shipping Time:
The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location.

For High-Value Returns:
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service.
  • Purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
